Zoë

Things have changed quite a lot in my life, because  Zoë, my lovely big Standard Poodle companion, has gone to Doggy Heaven. She was nearly 13 which is quite old for a standard poodle.

We all miss Zoe such a lot.

This blog is all about me.

I'm an apricot miniature poodle, the daughter of Arizona and Mango. My pedigree name is Apricot Spice of Whitout. 


I live on the Far Side of the Moon with Zoe, a black standard poodle who is getting old now. We also live with my human, and her significant other.

My half-sister Holly is my best friend. She and her human live a few minutes' drive away and we love seeing them a lot. Holly goes to the groomer and comes back with pink or orange ribbons on her ears and everyone gushes over her. I try to bite her ribbons off but she won't let me.

The latest news is that Holly is being used as a model by Heidi the groomer. Really! What next!

My black cousin Treena lives with my human's daughter's family. They live just a few minutes' drive away and we love seeing them too. Treena goes to the groomer too.

My friend Jardine, a chocolate curly-coated retriever, lives on the far side of the high Rimutaka mountain, and we've sometimes been to visit her too. Jardine and her human came to visit us last week.

Tilly, a chocolate poodle who lives not far away, is also my friend, but we haven't seen her for ages.
